Re-Implementing Annual Assessment for residential solid waste service. Service rates are presently unknown awaiting issuance and responses from City request for Proposal. The proposed Preliminary rate reflects an adjustment of 10% from present Assessment. Calls for advertisement in the County’s August TIRM notices to property owners of the public hearing for the final Solid Waste Assessment on Wednesday September 15, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at Dania Beach City Hall. The recommended Preliminary rate will allow the City Commission reasonable latitude in adjusting and establishing a final Assessment after evaluation of Proposal responses that will be received in early September. |
