Fiscal Impact/Cost Summary

Loan Financing was planned and budgeted for the purchase of two new ladder trucks for the City’s fire service.  Bids were solicited and the Commission approved the most responsive loan proposal from T.D.Equipment Financing at the last meeting. 

Tonight’s Resolution reflects the loan agreement prepared by T.D.Equipment Financing.  The loan is structured in two parts:  1) that will close and fund this week for the first fire truck already delivered to the City and 2) a separate loan that will close and be funded upon delivery and acceptance of the second fire truck that is presently under construction.
