A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF DANIA BEACH, FLORIDA AUTHORIZING THE PROPER CITY OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE EXISTING AGREEMENT FOR AN IMPLEMENTATION PLAN FOR DANIA BEACH BRIDGE PROJECTS WITH KIMLEY-HORN AND ASSOCIATES, INC., TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $16,500; PROVIDING FOR FUNDING; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; FURTHER, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

Description of Action

The consultant, Kimely Horn and Associates has provided an estimate of $16,500 for an amendment to its existing contract to perform the work necessary to prepare an application for an amendment to the LRTP.
